During lunch, I savored a cheese board featuring regional cheeses that truly captured the essence of Dutch gastronomy. The chef's asparagus menu showcased the seasonal flavors with finesse, a true delight for my taste buds.One memorable evening, I opted for dinner on the beautiful south-facing terrace, enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the Mastbos forest. The combination of delicious food and attentive staff in this atmospheric restaurant left a lasting impression. For any traveler seeking a blend of contemporary comfort and culinary excellence, this hotel is a hidden gem "auf Deutsch" in the heart of nature.
